For our Hog roast we use a pig of approximately 50Kg, this should be enough to feed 100 guests. We supply 200 pork baps, sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce. We are in attendance at the event for approximate 2-3 hours. Any surplus meat will be left at the event for your consumption in the evening or next day sandwiches.
The pig is cooked at our local bakery and brought to the event ready to eat. Unfortunately we cannot provide plates or cutlery with this service. Though we can discuss further options at the time.
